Important Considerations:

Best Time to Visit: The best time for wildlife viewing in Tanzania is during the dry season (June to October) and the short dry season (January to February).
Accommodation Preferences: This itinerary assumes mid-range accommodation. The price will increase for luxury lodges and decrease for budget camping options.

Arrival in Arusha & Transfer to Tarangire National Park

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be met by your safari guide.
Transfer to Tarangire National Park (approx. 2-3 hours drive).
Enjoy an afternoon game drive in Tarangire, famous for its large elephant herds and baobab trees.
Accommodation: Overnight at a selected lodge or tented camp near Tarangire National Park (e.g., Tarangire Safari Lodge, Roika Tented Lodge).

Day 2 :

Full Day Game Drive in Tarangire National Park

Early morning game drive in Tarangire, maximizing your chances of spotting wildlife at its most active.

Continue exploring different areas of Tarangire throughout the afternoon.
Accommodation: Overnight at the same lodge or tented camp near Tarangire National Park.

Day 3 :

Transfer to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, depart for the Serengeti National Park (approx. 6-8 hours drive including game viewing).
Drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with a possible brief stop at a viewpoint for a panoramic view of the crater (entry to crater not included on this day).
Enter the Serengeti National Park and enjoy an en-route game drive as you head towards your accommodation.

Day 4 :

Full Day Game Drive in Central Serengeti National Park

You'll have the opportunity to witness the Great Migration (depending on the time of year).

Day 5 :

Serengeti Game Drive & Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti.

Day 6 :

Ngorongoro Crater Tour
